[Pann] What would you do if your daughter was switched at birth?

Summary of post:
If you find out, will you bring the child home?

A few days ago, OP saw a post about someone whose child was switched but they plan to just raise the child they got and I started thinking about this.
Will you pretend not to know anything thinking of the child you're currently raising?

Comments:
1. [+118, -0] If I'm the one who was switched and grew up in a struggling household, I would be really reproachful

2. [+118, -2] There's a drama where there's a mother who only ate cucumber when she was pregnant but her daughter hated cucumbers, then when she met her real daughter she asked what her favourite food was and heard that it was cucumbers and she almost burst into tears. I keep thinking of that scene.

3. [+107, -21] I would like to raise both but that just seems to be my greed but I don't think I can continuing living just like this if I find out about the switch. If the other pair of parents allow then I'd raise both, if not then I'd raise the biological daughter. If the other family is having trouble then I'll help the child I was raising financially. Even if I can never see the child I was raising ever again I think I would still bring my biological daughter home. This kind of situation should never happen

4. [+67, -4] I would want to do it according to how the children's wishes. Come and go but staying on friendly terms..? It's fine if the other family want to take their child back too (In a good meaning), but if they are struggling then they should let me know anytime. This place is still your home. Think about that place as a new home. To suddenly have 4 parents must be very confusing. Just think of it as a trusty fence that has widened. I would also be responsible for both children's school fees.

5. [+55, -0] When I was in elementary school, they did a blood type test and it came out that I had a blood type that couldn't come from my parents' (Dad was O, Mom was B and I was A). The family was up in roars about how I was probably switched at birth. The whole family had a discussion and decided to just continue raising me ^^ But then even if you just take a glance, I really look like my father? So we were saying maybe he got his blood type wrong but he kept insisting that he's O. We went to the hospital and checked and it turned out to be A^^; in the end it was a happening that came up because my father got his blood type wrong. What's fascinating about that time was that nobody suspected my mother, nobody told me about this and I only found out because my mother told me when I got older.
